Exchange Policy

Overview

Our exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

Non-exchangeable items include:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items

To complete your exchange, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Books with obvious signs of use

  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Any item sent for exchange more than 30 days after delivery

    Exchange

    Once your exchanged item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and whether your exchange has been approved.

    Depending on product availability and your location, the time it may take for your exchanged item to reach you may vary.

    Important Notes:

    • You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with exchanging your item. These costs are non-refundable.

    • For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your exchanged item.

    • Sale items are eligible for exchange only, not for refund.

    Exchanges

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

    Gifts

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the exchange. Once the item is received and approved for exchange, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, we will process the exchange with the original purchaser, and they will be notified of the exchange.

    Shipping Exchanges
